    As of 11:09 a.m. on June 17, 2026, the person working at the drive-thru had a very poor attitude when responding to customers. I found the service to be unprofessional and disrespectful. If they do not like their job or do not enjoy serving customers, they should allow someone with a better attitude to fill that position. I hope this complaint is taken into consideration so customer service can improve.

    The same person takes your order, charges you, and prepares the food. You end up waiting 10 minutes in line even when you’re the first customer. It’s ridiculous.

    URGENT: Severe Allergy Contamination and Negligent Food Handling Incident I am contacting corporate regarding an extremely serious and dangerous incident involving an order placed at your restaurant that could have resulted in a medical emergency. I have a medically documented SEVERE onion allergy. My allergy is not a preference, intolerance, or “dislike.” Exposure to onions can cause anaphylaxis and angioedema, both of which can become life threatening within minutes. Because of this, I specifically and clearly requested NO ONIONS on my order. Despite this instruction, onions were still placed on my burger. What is even more disturbing is that the onions appear to have been scraped off instead of the meal being remade properly. Visible onion pieces and residue remained on the food when I opened it. This is not just poor customer service. This is dangerous negligence. I also suffer from epilepsy and asthma, which further increases the seriousness of any medical reaction or emergency situation. At the time of this incident, I was unable to physically go get food myself and relied on your establishment to safely prepare a meal that complied with a clearly stated medical allergy request. Instead, I was put in a position where consuming this food could have resulted in hospitalization or worse. The attached evidence clearly shows: • My documented severe onion allergy listed as causing anaphylaxis and angioedema • The contaminated burger containing visible onion pieces • The seriousness of my documented medical conditions Your staff either: 1. Ignored a clearly marked allergy request, or 2. Attempted to remove the allergen after the mistake instead of remaking the order entirely Both possibilities are unacceptable and demonstrate a severe breakdown in allergy safety procedures and food handling standards. Food allergies are federally recognized medical conditions and should be treated with urgency and care. A customer should never have to question whether an establishment took proper precautions when a potentially fatal allergen is involved. Because of the seriousness of this incident, I am requesting: • Immediate escalation of this complaint to upper management/corporate leadership • A full refund for the order • Appropriate apology for the health risk, emotional distress, and negligence involved • Written confirmation of what disciplinary action, retraining, or policy corrections will occur to prevent this from happening again I also expect confirmation that this complaint is being formally documented and investigated. I am extremely disturbed by how casually this situation appears to have been handled. Situations like this can kill people. I hope your company understands the severity of what occurred and responds accordingly.
