  I’ve been coming to this Jamba Juice once a week, every week, for over a year, and I’ve never had an experience like this. We always order the same breakfast and smoothie, so I know exactly what to expect. Today, Kenia made our breakfast and smoothie, and I received what was, without question, the most inedible food I’ve ever been served from Jamba Juice. The mozzarella bites were so hard and overcooked that I couldn’t even break them in half with my hands. They were crunchy like rocks. The Orange C-Booster smoothie which I’ve ordered well over 20 times tasted nothing like it normally does. Our routine is to sit in the car and eat before leaving, so I debated whether I should even say anything because I’m not someone who likes to complain or create a confrontation. But after trying to eat it, I went back inside to let them know. The manager came out and said she “didn’t see anything wrong” with the mozzarella bites, although she offered to remake them or issue a refund. What bothered me wasn’t the offer it was being told there was nothing wrong when the quality issue was so obvious. Anyone preparing or serving food should be able to recognize when something is clearly overcooked and not fit to serve. I simply told her, “It’s okay. I’ll just start going to the other Jamba Juice.” The most disappointing part is that this breakfast was for my two-year-old. I genuinely can’t believe anyone looked at those mozzarella bites and thought they were acceptable to serve to anyone, let alone a child. Thankfully, there’s another Jamba Juice nearby. It’s just unfortunate that after being a loyal customer for so long, this experience made it easier to take my business somewhere else. Good customer service isn’t just about offering a refund it’s about taking pride in what you’re serving and recognizing when you’ve missed the mark. I wish I could upload the video of me, trying to break the mozzarella bite in half. Also, there might be two missing from the Photo, and the lady said that I only brought back crumbs, which is not true. It was because I kept trying to see if any of them were edible. The two that are missing is because we each try to eat one, and had to split it out.

  I purchased a smoothie and then asked the cashier to fill my water bottle. After he returned from filling it with tap water from the sink, I reached for the bottle, thinking he was giving it back to me, but he pulled it away and told me there would be a 50-cent charge. If there is a charge for water, he should have communicated that upfront rather than waiting until after the bottle was filled and then withholding my water bottle until I paid. The interaction felt shady and deceptive.

  Got an acai bowl on my lunch 8:30p.m.my go to, I left a tip as usual. The bowls are always good, didn't realize until I left the no coconut flakes (sad face).
