  I bought my girlfriend flowers and they died within a week. There was little to no variety and most flowers were almost dead please do better

  This Vons here in El Centro needs rehiring starting from the Top, this used to be a great fully functioning Grocery Store to shop at, but if you do Online orders you Will get 50% or less of your Order and if you shop at Vons you know how their deals rely upon items being in stock because to get certain deals you need multiples, the Employees doing the Mobile Shopping are LAZY, I’ve had at least 5-6 orders all documented where I don’t even get half my order, AND all the items Were in fact inside the store when I went inside while waiting in the pickup area, Documented of course so the Higher Ups can see pictures and dates if they try to Lie or dismiss this, and the employees do Not know where the items are in the store or they’re genuinely just Lazy as I’ve said, you cannot order heavy items like Watermelon or packs of water bottles they will mark them as not in stock to avoid shopping for them, not only that when you shop inside they’re Always understaffed and have 1-2 people at the register and I think they hired a friends or family members for the night shift because Everyone knows about how bad it is after 5, and there’s One Specific Guy that works the register at night, that there’s absolutely no reason he should even be working there Anymore, he’s rude, can’t do his job, doesn’t know where anything is just like the rest of the Employees, and he will Refuse Change/coins to avoid typing numbers or doing math, he will just charge you and have the machine spit out your change instead of giving you the option of giving him the exact amount, Yes this is the Vons in El Centro that always has the broken freezer’s, but don’t worry they’ll move the Ruined thawed out food to another Fridge and sell it to Customers, I have my orders all documented in the app and pictures of when I went in and got the Exact items that were out of stock Supposedly, not sure how this place has a 4 star rating after how Incompetent they are at this Store

  I had a great experience with the Vons Flower Shop! I placed my order through the app for curbside pickup, and everything was super easy and convenient. The flower arrangement was beautiful, fresh, and put together with so much care. You can tell they really pay attention to detail. The staff was also friendly when bringing out my order. The flowers lasted a long time and looked amazing. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for quality flowers for any occasion! 💐✨
