  Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with both the service and wait time. Google states that this restaurant opens at 11:30 AM, but when I called around 12:00 PM, I was told they had just opened. I had already placed a pickup order, so I called specifically to make sure they were open and able to fulfill it. The employee told me that my order had been confirmed. A few minutes later, I received a notification indicating that my order should be ready, so I went inside to pick it up. When I approached the counter, I greeted the cashier and told her I was there for a pickup order under Laura. Her response was very dismissive, and she then told me they had not even started working on my order but would start on it. What made the experience more frustrating was the lack of urgency or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. I had called ahead, the order had been confirmed, and I was already waiting, yet the staff continued casually chatting and taking other calls while my order remained unprepared. I ended up waiting around 40 minutes altogether. I understand that restaurants can get behind, especially around opening time, but basic communication and courteous customer service go a long way. If the restaurant actually opens at 12:00 PM, the hours online should be corrected. Customers should also not be made to feel like an inconvenience for asking about an order that has already been accepted and confirmed. The wait was frustrating, but the dismissive attitude and lack of consideration were what made this a one-star experience. Customer service matters, especially when people are choosing to spend their money at your business. Mind you it was 1 poke bowl.

  Terrible service, we call like 30 minutes before to get our food ready at 7:10, we arrive at 7:13 and the lady at the register tried to refuse service to dine in, even when they close at 8, its ridiculous and unacceptable, never coming back to be treated like that.
