  This was my first visit and I have no plans to return. I normally don't talk about bad experiences but this one was definitely a visit I would hate for anyone to experience. I first looked at the billboards and menu , then went to drive thru to order. The person working was rushing me to place my order. There were no other customers at the time. Then he asked if I needed a minute and went away. Then came back, I asked about the special on the billboard and he then offered me the combo, I mentioned the billboard price and he corrected me. I don't drink coke products so I declined and he offered a different beverage. Then told me they don't honor the combo discount on that billboard only if I buy 2 sandwiches. He would have to talk to his manager tomorrow. I ordered the sourdough melt. The sourdough bread was not toasted at all. I don't know if it's supposed to be but it was very rubbery so I didn't eat it. The meat was hot and the cheese was melted but that was the only good thing about this visit. He told me when I pulled up to the window I was incorrect about the billboard so I took a picture to show him what I saw. He replied that he has to discuss this with his manager tomorrow. I asked for the receipt to call the manager but the phone rang and then went to fax tones. Now I know why it wasn't busy at dinner time.

  Positive helpful and patient employees who are always ready to answer your questions. Food is always fresh and hot and delicious.

  If you're picking up an online order they start making it only after you arrive. They deprioritize online orders. From the time i got there to the time i left 4 cars from the drive thru lane were serviced while my order was still pending
