    Incredibly slow service. Just simply not worth the time it takes to wait for an order. Even ordering ahead of time you can still wait 10-15 mins after when your order was supposed to be ready. There's too many other coffee shops to choose from to tolerate this level of service.

    Went there today August 18 and the service was HORRIBLE. We waited around an hour to get our order taken through the drive thru, keep in mind there were only like 3-4 cars ahead of us. The girl at the window seemed to not know the menu, asked me to repeat my drink like 5 times. When we got our drinks they were EXTREMELY watery even though we asked for blended drinks, her excuse was that it was watery because we substituted the milk for oat milk. I was very unhappy with this service, especially because of the wait and the drinks not being how I expected them to be.

    Ordered cotton candy shake and it was not a shake, it was like flavored milk. Did not taste anything like cotton candy. It is my go to drink back home and if I would of never had Dutch Bros before this time I probably wouldnt never go again.
