  To the Vons Director! There is a long hair man who was working in this store, his name was NORA. He was impolite, unprofessionally yelling at me infront of my wife for getting a cake from the fridge without asking him first with no visible sign saying it.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Vons because of the cashier, VERGIE. My husband was purchasing a few drinks, and although he is of legal age, she refused to complete the transaction without seeing my ID as well. I am of legal age as well and I wasn't purchasing the drinks, but she insisted on waiting for me to go all the way back to the car in the heat to get my purse, which held up the entire line. What made the experience even worse was her attitude. She was not polite, didn't explain the policy in a courteous way, and came across as rude and dismissive. If this was store policy, a little professionalism and kindness would have gone a long way. Instead, the interaction left us frustrated and embarrassed. This was by far the worst experience I've had at Vons, and I hope management addresses both customer service and how policies are communicated to customers.

  One of my favorite markets, get my coffee things I need. Great costumer service,clean, employees are helpful.

  It is Saturday night, and this location has only one register open and one cashier operating. One cashier for the entire store. Most people in line are buying alcohol, so they cannot go to self checkout. It is crazy that a big store like this one it is very short staffed on busy weekends.

  The supervisor here has terrible customer service and outright refuses to follow their own corporate policies.I brought in a valid, physically issued Vons corporate raincheck. The supervisor refused to honor it, claiming they don't accept them for "$5 Friday" deals. When I pointed out that another Vons store already issued it to me—making it a valid voucher—the supervisor literally said they "didn't care" that it was already issued.Per Rule #25 of the official Vons Coupon Policy, rainchecks are corporate-wide vouchers and must be accepted at ANY banner store with the item in stock. This supervisor is completely untrained on corporate rules, power-tripping, and completely dismissive of customers. Take your business to a different Vons location where the staff actually knows how to do their jobs.
