  Extremely disappointing experience. We came in at 5:30 PM and ordered a pepperoni pizza, an order of fries, and a Philly cheesesteak. We were told the food would take about 20 minutes. Almost an hour later, we were told the Philly cheesesteak was finally ready, so we took it and then asked about the pizza and fries. That’s when we were told they had completely forgotten about the pizza and fries and were only then going to start making them. So we waited almost an hour for a single Philly cheesesteak, only to find out that the pizza and fries hadn’t even been started. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that no one proactively acknowledged the mistake or offered any sort of discount or meaningful compensation for the ridiculous wait. After saying something, they eventually offered us a 2-liter soda, but we had already purchased a case of canned sodas, so it really didn’t do much to make up for the inconvenience or the hour-plus wait. Things happen but it wasn’t busy. And forgetting an entire portion of an order and allowing a customer to wait over an hour without even realizing it is unacceptable. We came here expecting a simple pizza, fries, and Philly cheesesteak, not to spend over an hour waiting while our food was forgotten. Very poor experience and unfortunately not somewhere I’d return to.

  The store is great. The food on the other hand is horrible. I watched people touch the register the walk across the store to pick up more supplies while wearing the the same gloves. I asked for my money back after witnessing them never change gloves and they looked at me like I was the problem. Pretty disgusting if you ask me. Will not ever be ordering food again. The store itself is pretty to good though.

  Took the kids a few days ago and ordered a large pep for them. Place was busy but you could tell someone with good management skills is running it, everything was organized and the food came out fast. Pizza was solid, kids devoured it. They got squishies all over the place which my kids got a kick out of. Only thing is it was hot in there even with the fans going, and no public bathrooms…Good spot though, we'll be back.

  20 minutes for undercooked fries lol and then moves as sloooow as they can.

  Good pizza at a good price! But thats not what inspired me to write this review. So, I live nearby and felt like grabbing a pizza after a hard day of work. I placed my order & paid for it & sat down to wait. All of the workers looked young and appeared to be recent hires except for one guy that had a bit of experience and was trying to herd the others while in full Gordon Ramsay mode. Yes, he was actually yelling and swearing at his fellow employees (unprofessional for sure), then when an order was ready, like a flip of a switch he was polite as all to the customers. Then back to yelling & swearing at his employees. Now, he WAS the only one getting shit done, but its not a Michelin star restaurant and not that serious to be so high strung. At least I was entertained by it. And you know... sometimes a bit of verbal abuse makes a damn fine pie! 😆
