- SAshien accountJun 30, 20261.0I am honestly so upset and disappointed. I just went to the Park Plaza Jamba Juice location and ordered a Strawberry Wild smoothie, and it tasted absolutely rotten. I took a few sips because I couldn’t believe how bad it tasted, but it was completely undrinkable. It genuinely tasted spoiled, and now I’m worried that I may get sick from drinking it. What makes this even more frustrating is that I came in last week and noticed the freezer wasn’t working. If the fruit or frozen yogurt that thawed out is still being used, that is completely unacceptable. Food that has not been kept at a safe temperature should never be served to customers. That is a serious health and safety issue. I paid for a smoothie that I had to throw away, and I would like a full refund. More importantly, if your freezer is still not working or your ingredients have spoiled, this location should not be open until the issue is fixed. No customer should have to worry about getting sick from a smoothie. I really hope this is taken seriously because this experience was unacceptable, and I don’t want anyone else to go through the same thing.
