    Went to this location yesterday for the first time with the family, and we ordered four drinks. One was an Irish cream kicker with caramel, and they absolutely forgot the caramel. The kids got a drink, and we told the guy at the order window they wanted whip on their drinks, and what do you know, no whip. I used to live in Oregon, so I know Dutch Bros pretty well, but if this is the quality of service from Dutch Bros in San Diego, then maybe Dutch Bros should have stayed in Oregon.

    I come here often because it’s a nice change from Starbucks, and they usually do a great job of moving customers through the lines quickly. I appreciate having two drive-thru lanes, but I also believe customers should be served in the order they arrive. Today, I was skipped even though I was clearly waiting first, simply because another car pulled up in the other lane. When I asked the employee how the lines worked, she explained that they alternate in a zig-zag pattern. That system can work when both lanes have an equal flow of cars, but it shouldn’t result in customers who arrived first being passed over. Overall, I enjoy coming here, but I hope management reviews the drive-thru process to make it fairer. Being skipped after waiting my turn left me feeling that the customer service could have been handled better

    Becca is the Best! I had ordered ahead online and don’t love having to still wait in the drive through and I dunno if she could sense my mild frustration but she immediately grabbed my drink from inside after greeting me with a smile, and then helped me out of the drive through lane so I could get on my way and make to work just in time! Thanks Becca! You rock!

    I visit this location often. They people who take orders in the drive thru do not pay attention on the order cars arrive. Multiple times I've been skipped with take my order. Today, someone pulled up in front of everyone jumping the line and everyone behind them had to wait for him to take his order and fulfill it while the test of us waited. The store manager needs to train their associates better and hold them accountable. It a horrible customer experience.
