The National City location is much more professional-save yourself the trouble and go there instead.

The employee handling my order used the same gloves to handle cash and food without changing them, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety. On top of that, I was shorted on my change. It was only a small amount, but it was noticeable. I chose not to make an issue of it at the time, but it left a poor impression overall. Customers should be able to expect basic hygiene practices and accurate transactions. Unfortunately, this visit fell short on both.

I should have just went home...they literally handed me a glass of white iced milk and I paid $6 for it...the employee definitely only put one scoop of matcha powder in it and called it a day. It was also 2pm and nobody was in the drive-thru lane soooo they definitely just didn't care :) and made my day even worse
