I am pretty unhappy that both item one and item 2 are 'the classic.'. Item one, (with 3 variants) is the beef and cheddar. This is not the classic, and 'the' indicates singular. Item 2, is the actual classic, the roast beef. I didn't see that there were 2 'the classic's, as the actual description is in very small print underneath, and ordered the beef and cheddar. It was almost 11 pm, and dark, I opened it, took a bite, and was not pleased. I turned around, went back thru the drive thru, and even tho it was still 2 minutes before closing, and the system was still answering as if they were still open, there was no response. I drove to the window, knocked on the window, no answer. I called, was told that they were no longer open, and next time to order number 2. It was said politely, and the staff were put in this pretty stupid position by Arby's marketing, who did the really stupid and unacceptable thing, but they didn't handle it particularly well.
This is the closest Arby's to me, but is almost an hour drive away, so I don't go often, and have previously considered it something of a treat, since I'm the only one in my household that particularly likes Arby's. I've also been an Arby's customer for a very long time, but I'm not likely to go back after this.
