  My french fries had PUBE hairs in it. Not just pube hairs but BUGS. Squished bugs in my mcdonald’s happy meal fries. I had to complain and they offered to remake them. REMAKE THEM? For what to get more pube and bug fries? Not happy. Always check your fries before leaving. I do NOT recommend this establishment. The window worker laughed when they heard bugs. Not the first time the got this complaint if I had to make a guess. 😡😡😡😡I will NEVER be back. They just lost a costumer for life.😡😡😡

  This is hands down the worst McDonald’s ever. Waiting in the drive thru line over 15 minutes just to order. Another 10 minutes to get to the window. Then having to go wait at a numbered spot in the parking lot. All for mediocre overpriced food.

  I’m very disappointed with my experience at McDonald’s today. It took 25 minutes just to get our food. This is supposed to be fast food, not a sit-down restaurant. The wait was way too long, especially for a simple order. Management really needs to work on speed and customer service.

  Came in around 1:40am at drive-thru and ordered my food. I came to the window and paid and remembered I forgot to add an ice cream cone. I had already ordered a McFlurry at the speaker previously, but while I was at the window, I told the worker “I have a question” and they went “WHAT???” As if my existence was a burden. And it really shocked me… I asked, “would it be okay to add an ice cream cone?” And she rolled her eyes right in my face and said “I don’t even know if it’s on right now.” She walked away where she proceeded to grab a cup to test the consistency, angrily threw the cup in the trash all hard, came back and said “nope it’s not working. It’s literally all soupy.” And shrugged her shoulders… I didn’t even know what to say. I stammered and just looked at her because this really hurt my feelings. I wasn’t rude. I folded my hands and smiled and treated her very respectfully. I’m not really one to make a review but I came here because my grandpa died today and I haven’t ate, but now I feel really sick to my stomach after that experience and I can’t even eat it anymore. I got home and I cried because I felt so awful and this really ruined my night. The worker had bright short purple hair working May 4th around 1:40am. I threw the food away. I shouldn’t have even come.. :(

  Took them Hour to get me anything, I ordered TWO sausage egg mc muffins at 10:30 i waited till 11:20 to walk up to the desk and they told me that arent making breakfast any and refused to give me a refund
