    Almost $12 for a drink that’s not made right. And when you order rude ass customer service. And when you pull up to the cashier they hand it to you so aggressively that spills it in the car. I paid for a drink that I requested and paid for strawberry poppin boba and I only got two in there a star very coloda that’s it’s melted not even blended what I paid for. This place sucks

    Came through the drive thru on August 23 around 6:45pm and was disappointed. Customer service was really bad. We stated we wanted a low sugar drink and instead of offering suggestions on what to order, the girl said to call her over when we’re ready. She went to sit down on the curb where we weren’t able to see her. We decided to exit the drive thru and while reversing the girls continued to sit on the curb and laugh. I understand that they are young but customer service should be better, especially coming from Dutch Bros.

    I’m honestly disappointed with my experience tonight at the Dutch Bros on Limonite Ave in Eastvale. We arrived around 10:50 PM, and although the location doesn’t close until 11:00 PM, we were told that we could no longer place an order. I completely understand that employees have a closing time and need to get things done before they leave, but if the posted closing time is 11:00 PM, customers should be able to place an order up until that time. We’ve spent quite a bit of money at Dutch Bros and have always enjoyed coming here, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. I’m hoping management can address this so other customers don’t have the same experience.

    When they first opened, it felt like they had the service on point. They would zigzag the line, And if your drink was Done ahead of time they brought it out to you So you could get out of the line. Now there’s less of an order when they’re taking the orders and they could be pulling multiple cars from one line before jumping to the next line. And even if your drink is done when you arrive, you’re gonna be waiting until you get to the window

    The service is terrible. I order ahead so I don't have to wait in line. At Dutch, there is NO pick up window. There is only, the order window....and there is a line. I'm standing here looking at my drink getting cold, yes, myself and 2 others are standing here looking through the window at our drinks and the girl in the window is ignoring us when we ask if she could just hand us our drinks that were pre-ordered and pre-paid for.. but they will not hand it to us until we have waited in the line that people are ordering drinks? Yes, I am writing this review, waiting in line. Three people that pre ordered standing here and the couple of kids ordering, can't decide what they want. Even though she is just standing there waiting for them to decide, she still won't just hand over our drinks.....So, we continue to wait. . . Not a great place. I will be going elsewhere.
