    AVOID THIS LOCATION! If you have a food allergy, double-check your order before leaving. My order was made incorrectly, despite my food allergy. The store took my name and phone number and told me they would replace my salad. When I returned a little over a month later to redeem the replacement, I was told it had expired after 30 days, something no one ever mentioned when they offered it. After contacting customer service, I received a call from the manager, Christine. Instead of listening to what had actually happened, she focused on the fact that I hadn't submitted photos of the incorrect order or driven back to the store at 8:30 p.m. that night. She clearly didn't have the full story and didn't seem interested in understanding it. If it had been her meal or involved her food allergy, I believe she would have cared more. Everyone makes mistakes, but customer service is about how those mistakes are handled. This experience showed a lack of concern for customer safety and accountability, especially when food allergies are involved. I was left frustrated, inconvenienced, and disappointed. As she made this about MONEY. I won't be returning to this location, and I hope management takes food allergies and customer concerns much more seriously.

    Came in for lunch we spent about $50. Customer service was terrible, all of the employees acted like they would rather be anywhere else. We asked for an larger plastic box to mix a salad in and they sternly said no even after I said I would pay an extra dollar for it. Strange that they can spend thousands on a trashcan with a robotic lid for no reason but cant give me a plastic box. That was my last trip there. They better be careful...corporate watches reviews

    What is the point in using the mobile ordering system if you still have to get behind people that arrived and ordered after you? This is a consistent occurrence with the mobile thru option and it is annoying especially during a short lunch period.

    I ordered 2 5ct crispy nuggets kids meals from here and I got 1 kid with 1 tender and 1 chicken nugget and the other kiddo with raw nuggets … im waiting for a call back now … I tried to get it done again but told me I had to wait for a call from Christina until the next day !!!

    Worst Chick-fil-a ever! The worst customer service you will ever experience. Placed an order at the drive-thru and paid with my AppleCash. The money was immediately taken off my card. The cash collector at the drive-thru comes up to me and tells me the total. I explained to her that I already paid and showed her proof from my AppleCash account. She says that on her end that I didn’t pay. I showed her proof again. She states that she sees the transaction on my phone but on her end it said that I didn’t make the payment. Then she said the payment declined. Which I explained was impossible since it is AppleCash and it shows that the transaction was made on my end. I asked to speak with a manager at the counter. A team lead meets me at the counter…very rude young kid who clearly has no concept of customer service. I showed her the transaction on my phone via AppleCash. This rude little girl decides to cancel my order all together and NOT renew my order. What pissed me off the most is that I wasted 12 minutes in their drive-thru, on to have a little girl “team lead” waste my time, cancel my order and attempted to make no resolution of any sort for an error made on THEIR part. More than 15 minutes in the drive-thru, with no food and Chick-fil-a still has my money. Do Better Chick-fil-a! I will NEVER go back to this location.
