- VHValentin Hernandez4 days ago1.0I am writing this review because I believe management needs to pay attention to what has been happening at this Starbucks. For months, I have repeatedly had very poor experiences with the male employee who appears to be the manager during the morning shift. I believe his name or nickname may be “Micho” or “Nico.” He is a man who wears glasses and appears to be the only male manager working in the mornings. His attitude toward customers is consistently rude, cold, and disrespectful. There is no greeting, no friendly interaction, and many times he simply asks, “What do you want?” in a tone that makes you feel like you are bothering him. This has happened to me repeatedly over many months, and I have also watched him interact with other customers in the same way. What concerns me even more is that this behavior does not appear to be limited to customers. I have personally observed him speaking to employees in a disrespectful and aggressive manner, including yelling at them and making them feel as though they do not know what they are doing. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but when the same behavior continues for months and affects both customers and employees, management needs to take a serious look at the situation. I am not writing this to attack anyone personally. I am writing because I have been a customer for a long time, and I expect basic courtesy and professionalism when I visit a Starbucks. This kind of attitude is disappointing and reflects poorly on the store and the company. I sincerely hope the store manager or district manager reads this review, speaks with the employee, and takes appropriate action. Customers should not have to repeatedly experience this kind of treatment when simply trying to order a coffee. I have given this situation enough time, and I hope someone in management finally takes it seriously.
