As usual, just a quaint place to get a quick snack while on the road. Anytime we are around one, we know we can get quality food and drinks while enjoying a calm atmosphere. Kid and dog friendly! It's a major reason for our stops here during road trips. Will absolutely return, to anyone of there locations.

I had a great experience from start to finish. We tried the tikka masala meatballs, lemon pepper tots, buffalo chicken nuggets, firecracker shrimp, and fettuccine alfredo. The buffalo chicken nuggets were the highlight of the food — absolutely the best thing I ordered. For drinks, the pomegranate sour fauxtini stood out, easily the best on the menu. We finished with the banana pudding and s'more brownie sundae, both a great way to end the meal.
The seating is comfortable, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the staff checked in regularly without being intrusive. If you're going, the buffalo chicken nuggets and pomegranate sour fauxtini are must-orders. Would definitely go back.

Lot's of TV to watch sports. Our server Drew was great. It's was a little loud, but not to the point we had to yell in order to carry on a conversation.
Suggest making a reservation especially on the weekend.

We had a reservation for the waitlist and waited for about an hour, being second on the waitlist before we got tired of waiting and went to the staff to ask why it was taking so long. When we told them, they said we needed to check in with the restaurant before being put on the list. Not only that, they said we had to wait 30 more minutes?? Ridiculous. And right afterwards, they cancelled our waitlist spot and seated the next two party after us. This was our first time, and we are never coming again because of their terrible service.

We came to this restaurant with my family Friday night, and we walked over to the podium and was greeted very poorly by the hostess with the big glasses. No smile or say “Welcome to Lazy Dog,” but RUDELY asked us, How can She help us with a horrible tone in her voice. Wow! I was so shocked by this, that my sister asked for a table for four people. We dined there and our server Max was delightful and accommodating to us. But I think and hope that this Hostess with the Big Glasses needs either to be retrained on Customer Service or be dismissed from her position, and remember that we are customers to this establishment and dined here quite often, and was not impressed by this hostess and her attitude towards us!
