  Ordered online and reached on time to pick up but order was delayed by 45mins. Every time ask for the update, its coming.. at the same time folks who ordered in the store, got it faster Staff was rude and food was below average while. Highly disappointed with everything

  The food overall was decent, but the Indian dishes were a letdown — the Paneer Makhani lacked authenticity, and the Garlic Naan tasted like store-bought Costco naan drenched in butter. Service was passable but nothing memorable. What really soured the experience was the staff pressuring customers for a tip, which felt uncomfortable and forced. If you do visit, stick to the Chinese entrees and soups — those are where this place actually delivers.

  Had one of the worst dining experiences in San Francisco. We waited nearly 45 minutes for just one dish, and it honestly felt like they were hoping we would cancel the order instead of serving us. Definitely the most expensive and disappointing lunch of our trip. The service was poor, and the overall experience was frustrating. We’ve had much better experiences at their other locations in different states.

  Food, service and atmosphere were all good. Given we were a large party (12), they added on a 20% service charge. Fine, no issues since we were a large party. However, when paying the bill, the waiter offered the sales device with an option to tip. They did not mention that it was on top of the existing 20%. When I challenged the extra tip, the waiter did remove the additional tip. However, by not mentioning up front that it was on top of the already included 20% tip. It did feel like I was being taken advantage of (cheated)
