It's like they see you walk in with a look that lets them know exactly what kind of fry you'd like. Like they know I like them just spiced enough to give an extra kick but moreover crispy/so well done that it clearly separates it from any other. Also the lettuce for the wraps they use... Top Notch

- BBBillAug 5, 20261.0I visited your restaurant just before closing and asked if I still had time to order a burger. Your staff told me I did, and my order was prepared very quickly, too fast. When I ate it, the burger appeared overcooked, the bun was burned, and the food did not taste fresh at all. I ate it because it was edible, but if burgers here always tasted like this, Five Guys would not exist anymore. The facts are that I arrived shortly before closing, there were two burger patties already on the grill, no other customers were present, and the burger I received appeared overcooked with a burned bun. My opinion, which I cannot prove, is that I may have been intentionally given an older burger because I arrived just before closing. I would ask management to review the security video from around 10:00 p.m. to determine whether that occurred. This experience is not typical of Five Guys, where I have generally received fresh, high-quality burgers. Because of this incident, I do not plan to return to this location unless I receive a sincere apology and an acknowledgment that, if this occurred, it is unacceptable and needs at minimum compensation in the form of a complimentary buyer that’s as fresh ask nicely made as they usually are.

When he checked the order that came before mine he picked his nose and rubbed on the bun. Prior to this he looked around to make sure no one was watching. I am very cautious of what I eat so this sparked a red flag. I immediately left without asking for a refund from how disgusted I was by this. Please do not eat here. Thankfully I caught his name while ordering. 5 guys I would definitely look into mohon.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
