  It was a great visit. I came in to try the new Loco Tenders. I got the spicy ones. They had just the right amount of seasoning on them. The Baja lime and Loco sauces were great with the tenders. The service today was very prompt and the staff were very friendly as well.

  It's too bad. It's just too bad. That I was generously given a customer experience card and wasn't able to use it because of the interpretation of the card. So one of my previous visits to an El Pollo Loco Location I experienced extremely poor customer service and poor behavior and after bringing it to the attention of the Online Customer Service team, I was given a $10 off Any Purchase. Which meant that a $10 purchase could end up being free, even with a little bit of tax, it's still a savings. But, that's not what happened. When I tried to use the customer experience card, I was denied, the woman behind the counter said that in order, to use the card to get that discount, my purchase would have to be at least $20 meaning a family meal. So that the end total for the purchase was $10+, I explained to her and kept trying to explain that that isn't what the card said, but that's how she was interpreting it. She was even insistent in saying that for me to use that experience card "with her", that's the way it had to be. Yet, that's not what the card said, I even read the fine print on the back to make sure I was reading the card correctly, and there weren't any stipulations or rules saying that I had to spend double the amount of the discount to actually receive the discount. It's frustrating that Online Customer Service was generous and kind enough to compensate me for a prior poor experience I encountered, but that I wasn't able to use the card because of what the cashier wanted, insisted on and interpreted the way the discount was printed. Which to me, was pretty black and white, plain and simple, but it obviously was not to this woman. So unfortunate, so discouraging, and I was really hungry that day too.

  Today I had a very pleasant experience during my visit to this establishment. The food was delicious, everyone was very kind, and Miss Erika was super amazing. I highly recommend the experience at this place.

  Amo la atención de brittany es una mujer muy decente y sabe atender los Dasher cuando llegamos a recoger una orden o a comer hay una mujer mayor que un día me ofendió porque yo trabajaba como delivery pero aún así dan un buen servicio
