  The staff in front just started talking to each other and went on break with 7 customers in line. We just sat there waiting for ten minutes staring at the cooks. And then the kicker was they were out of some ingredients.

  This is easily the worst Chipotle Mexican Grill location I’ve been to. I placed a pickup order about 20 minutes ahead because I only get a short lunch break at work, and when I arrived, my food hadn’t even been started. This isn’t the first issue either. On a previous visit, I waited in line during lunch and it barely moved. It seemed like there was a new employee making the food with little support, and the line was backed up to the door. Because of how slow everything was, I ended up having to leave without eating and go back to work. For a busy lunch hour, the lack of staffing and organization is unacceptable. I understand that new employees may still be learning, and to be fair, the food itself is fine. But the service really needs improvement. Many of us rely on our lunch break to grab food quickly, which is why we use prepaid pickup in the first place. Unfortunately, orders are often not ready on time, which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. It feels like there isn’t enough staff scheduled during peak lunch hours, especially considering this location is surrounded by offices and businesses. This has become a recurring issue and a real inconvenience. It’s not just frustrating — it’s starting to affect my ability to take a proper lunch and get back to work on time.

  On two consecutive visits, the regular chicken in my usual burrito bowl (black beans, brown rice, chicken, lettuce, cheese, and corn, with mild sauce on the side) has been overwhelmingly salty—to the point of being completely inedible. That’s especially frustrating considering the cost. The bowl alone runs about $18, and with chips and drinks, the total easily exceeds $50. At that price, you expect at least a baseline level of quality. What makes it worse is that I typically order to-go, so I don’t realize there’s an issue until I get home. By then, it’s too late. I decided to give this location one last chance. Given my past experiences, I asked to sample the chicken and beef before ordering—which I think is completely reasonable. The employee’s reaction was noticeably annoyed; he walked away and made it clear this was an inconvenience. When I finally got to try the chicken, it was again far too salty. I asked to try the beef, and although he gave me a sample, it was also salty and dry. His attitude remained dismissive, and he walked off again. When it came time to check out, the process dragged on unnecessarily, and we ultimately decided to just leave. At this point, I’m not sure if this reflects a broader decline in Chipotle Mexican Grill standards or if this specific location is poorly managed. Either way, the food quality and customer service here are well below expectations. Needless to say, I won’t be returning. If you’re considering this location, just be aware—you’re taking a risk.

  CHIPOTLEEEEE YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING WITH THIS LOCATION I've about had it with them. Again we order online. Surprise surprise we are missing cilantro lime sauce on both salad and bowl that was paid extra for. Veggies are missing, the SALAD has less lettuce than the bowl.... Pleaseeee explain to me how that happens. Well I decided to call the store because maybe they ran out of sauce but if they didn't I would still like to go pick it up because I love her and don't want to leave her. Anyways I call to make sure that I don't waist my time driving over there if they are out. I call.. wait for a minute... a guy answers and says "this is dominos" ahhh crash out is about to be crashing out because I just had a question! I said "no this is chipotle because I call straight from the chipotle site... he proceeds to tell me this is the Dublin location so I question on why he said it was dominos. Well then he wants to act like he doesn't hear me. At this point I've about had it. For the love of everything good in this world STAY AWAYYYY FROM THIS LOCATION. This isn't the only horrible experience we have had. I love chipotle but will travel out of my way to avoid the Dublin blvd location even though it's a 5 minute walk from me. I'd rather pay for gas in this economy than walk there.
