  Unfortunately, my recent experience at this restaurant was disappointing. Despite being a regular customer, I was surprised that when I ordered extra chicken, the portion fell far short of my expectations. At other locations, the portions are generous and commensurate with the price, but here, the quantity was clearly insufficient. Furthermore, the service was notably slow, which only compounded the issue. It is difficult to understand why the manager has not taken steps to address these concerns, especially given the poor customer ratings. I hope these observations are taken seriously, as there is clearly room for improvement.

  This morning I was sitting of the bench outside the Chipotle Mexican Grill area before it opened. While I was there, a staff member came out to sweep/clean the outside area, and she was quite rude - she swept toward my side without saying anything or even looking at me.

  I am vegetarian and my chipotle consistently has had meat in it. I order everything vegetarian yet it still has pieces of meat in there. I see a lack of effort to respect dietary restrictions as the meat is right next to the beans and veggies and they consistently spill over into the other containers and end up in my food. This is not a new problem. I had to take a break from chipotle for a whole year because I was tired of having meat in my vegetarian burritos and burrito bowls. After giving it another chance today, I am disappointed to have found meat again.

  I ordered from Uber Eats from Dublin location. The meal is not fresh 🤮 it’s is how it looks like. The veggies were sour and steak was cold. It was horrible.

  I ordered my food online and after receiving a notification that my order was ready, the employees told me to wait. They continued to take in person orders and did not start my order until all in person orders were complete even though I had ordered 20+ minutes ahead of time. The employees did not include salsa or vinaigrette when I had ordered it. All of the tables were dirty. I have been to the other local Chipotle locations and I would recommend going out of your way to visit those other locations. This location has repeatedly messed up my orders and they have not done anything to make it right.
