  This location dropped the $9 combo meal even though others in even higher rent locations didn't. I won't be going back if they continue to do this.

  Bad food, bad customer service. The sandwich bread was tough and didn't taste that good. They put a very small amount of meat in the sandwich. Customer service was bad, and the price was too high. The dining area is small but it was empty.

  This morning was pretty warm, 80° waking you up to that is not fun. Needed some food and thought to go to the local JJ's. First time at this location, best time at any location. The spot was clean, no trash anywhere, table tops wiped, floor mopped. AC was a very nice drafty, 73°. Actually caught my self shivering relaxing after my meal and I'm a big guy. Both workers up front welcomed me in and I was asked what I would like to order by a third incoming worker. I had an app order that I had JUST put in after I parked my car and one of the workers was already working on it. Got my soda, chips and buffalo chicken wraps for $7!!! Their app is good. Anyways, the meal was great. Filled me up and the wrap was excellently made. Literally like a commerical wrap split peel out of the wrapper. Great ratios of the chicken piece you get, lettuce was crispy and their buffalo sauce has that zing you want in it. "Super vinegary" - the awesome chef that made my wrap. I would have that wrap again in an instant. The buffalo chips I got were very good and had a lot of chips actually, they aren't those small bags. Soda was a DC, it's a DC I mean come on. It's a DC. Free refills too! It was a great meal and I will be coming back to this location specifically next time I want a sandy/wrap.

  On Wednesday my wife and I both placed separate orders from this Jimmy John's location. It's been a minute since we've visited and ordered from this location but I regretfully must say I wish we wouldn't have. First off the sandwiches were soggy, hardly any meat whatsoever. One had avocado spread that looked dark like It's been there for days. Indicated no onions on any of the sandwiches in my order only to find extra onions on all my sandwiches that I ordered. Meat was flavorless and the pickle on the side had a funny smell to it. Now both our stomach's including my brothers who painfully partook in this tragedy and thankfully doesn't not live with us because fighting for the toilet between us three would have been a battle scene out of Gladiator. Never imagined my stomach could bubble and sound like underwater land mines are sounding off but for horse racing fans, all three of us hit the trifecta. Diarrhea, nausea and more, and bad stomach cramps. I urge anyone and everyone to steer clear from this location. It does not feel good when your whole day is spent with a bag in your hand for the nausea and a constant visit to the toilet while trying to cope with this ordeal with some simple humor to feel some normalcy to get thru the day. I am filing a dispute with my bank for a full refund and also filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. No one should have this kind of experience where it affects their health just because they simply just want to enjoy some lunch. I believe the photos will speak for themselves.

  What can I say. Jimmy John's. Great food , great environment. And most importantly great staff that looks like they enjoy their job
