But i decided to order from this location because this pollo loco goes back to my childhood days. Nothing major was wrong with this place but the service could have been a lot more friendly. The guy in the window didn’t really smile, engage in conversation, or even look happy. He looked serious/tired. When it came to the food, the food was not nasty or good. It was very plain. I also felt like they could have added more chicken. My chips seemed a little old. Sadly, I might never come back to this location. The only good time about this place was that they provided fast service.

- JGJose GILApr 1, 20265.0Me ayudo ayer por la mañana una señorita llamada angeles la cual me atendió explendida mente, me ayudo con mi orden a mi y a unas 5 personas en ese momento, fue muy amable al explicarnos como utilizar las maquinas y asta se disculpo por la tardanza (la cual no era mucha) ya que se veía bastante ocupado adentro. Les recomiendo este lugar y si tienen la oportunidad de ser atendidos por esta muchacha me entenderan.
