  Aquí en pollo loco, nada más tienen gente y se vuelven locos y no por que se vuelvan locos de sabor sino por que se engentan jajaja se la bañan te atienden de mala gana no te atienden bien el personal grocero y a hora pico se comportan muy mal 👎 mala atención del personal

  Restaurant opens 6-12 minutes late all the time. Ignored when needing help at the counter every time I've gone in. Told employee my coupon was not going through to order and was told maybe it expired and they walk away like they didn't want to deal with it. Place is always dirty even at opening time. Bad attitudes, bad customer service and that's how you lose customers !

  Lots of homeless people hanging out in the restaurant. The food was expensive and was not fresh. The avocado had black spots.

  I should have listened to my gut feeling and turned away when I saw how empty it was. But i decided to order from this location because this pollo loco goes back to my childhood days. Nothing major was wrong with this place but the service could have been a lot more friendly. The guy in the window didn’t really smile, engage in conversation, or even look happy. He looked serious/tired. When it came to the food, the food was not nasty or good. It was very plain. I also felt like they could have added more chicken. My chips seemed a little old. Sadly, I might never come back to this location. The only good time about this place was that they provided fast service.
