I spoke with Philly who was so very nice and gave great assistance with how to go about placing my order. I placed my order on line.(50bowls). I called the day of pick up just to follow up. Everything was right on schedule. Pick was great and quick. He helped me load the car. Our girl and coaches had a great meal after our game Sadly we lost. But I was glad to meet such a great restaurant staff with such great leadership.

Instead of explaining, I was made to feel like I was being an inconvenience. At the end, they finally clarified that they were out of tortillas, which made perfect sense. A simple explanation from the beginning would have made for a much better customer experience.
