They don’t greet you nor even look you in the eyes when you get to the window , my drinks always seem to be a hit or miss I pointed out they forgot to add cold foam to a beverage that came with it and they pulled out whip cream and topped thinking I didn’t know the difference. Yea Starbucks cost more but when you understand the training that goes in to being a barista there you see why. They start off at 21.00 an hour there to keep the employees happy and they keep the customers satisfied . THIS DUNKIN LOCATION IS THE WORST. Terrible attitudes from adult teenagers ! I managed in specialty coo fee for over 10 years now in dentistry I know good service.

When I went to the front to ask the associate a question, he kept ignoring me and going back and forth to the kitchen while I stood there for a solid 5 minutes. I approached him again and basically pretended he didn’t hear me. Then he tried to make me take another person’s order because he had made a mistake with mine! I told him that wasn’t what I ordered, but he kept insisting it was my order when the receipt clearly had a completely different name on it. Just awful behavior and terrible customer service. This location really needs better management.
