While the place is clean when you walk and the manager friendly enough to greet upon entry, the cashier constantly has to look back to ask the manager questions. Seems odd that you need to give a phone# when doing takeout in person; not a great look with a bunch of data breaches and forced verifications going against public sentiment. Definitely need to train personnel before putting them on a register or switch places when all the manager is doing is take pizzas off the conveyor. Expensive overall; 2 pizzas and a 16piece order of wings comes to 40+$ total with tax. Given their agreement with the local middle school I am so over the poor quality of their food for life; & only come when forced by majority. Signage states under$15 gift cards can be redeemed for cash which is cool, but you do have to call customer service first. However, for some odd reason they don't allow cashier to be able to tell customers the total amount on a gift card Before placing an order (which feels really underhanded, especially if I'm gifting to someone like a student who may have to place an order more carefully). Given the follow up, yet not followed through inquiries posed to the manager though, this exp may have again, just been a result of poor training. Location is better than others, but given price and quality wouldn't recommend overall. If you do need to use up a gift card honestly better off getting the cheapest thing than putting any heart in the order bcus the price & quality outcome is bound to be disappointing. For the price, you're better off going to a nice pizzeria. Where you're more likely to get better quality and a nice atmosphere.
