Surprisingly they didn’t have any ready given the time (4:20pm). Seven minutes pass and nothing. A gentleman comes in and they tell him three more minutes for the honey chicken. In the meantime our other order is sitting there. At this point I decided to leave, leaving the other food we ordered behind. Unfortunately, I’ve been to other Chipotle restaurants, and they are well stocked. Disappointing when my local one can’t deliver or keep up with fresh food. That’s on management. Went elsewhere instead.

I have lunch at 1130 and I always order for 1110-1115 pick up but its usually ready at 1145. Again I recommend going to the Apollo way location if you're in Downey.
