- AAAntonioApr 22, 20261.0Terrible experience at this Chick-fil-A location multiple times now. On at least three separate visits, my order has been wrong—either missing items or completely incorrect. It’s especially disappointing because the drive-thru staff seem to rush customers through so quickly that there’s no chance to double-check anything before leaving. What makes it worse is that they never answer their phone, so calling to fix the issue isn’t an option. Going back in person isn’t practical for me either—I have small children in the car, the location is far from home, and traffic makes a return trip a hassle. Overall, it feels like there’s no good way to resolve these repeated mistakes, which is really frustrating as a customer.

And just being rude like I was inconveniencing him by ordering. I have never had such terrible service in my life. 0/10 customer service skills. I did not proceed to purchase food because it left a bad impression. Train your staff on being politely to people. They CHOOSE to have this job.
