  The family platter is great value and incredible! For the appetizers, we tried the eggplant, bread, beef and lamb mantu, and potato-stuffed bolani. I kept dipping everything in the eggplant because it was so fresh and creamy. The bolani was super crispy and the mantu was well stuffed. It came with a savory yogurt sauce. The platter came with rice, an assortment of kabobs, chicken and beef koobideh, and lamb shank. They definitely do not skimp on the protein! Huge portions, fresh ingredients, and everything came out piping hot. Great value and plenty of food to share. If you still have room, make sure to try their hand churned icecream!

  Hole in the wall spot but amazing food! We got the family platter. There 3 of us and it was more than enough food. The meats were tender and delicious. I also loved the dumplings and the potato stuff flatbread. I would absolutely eat here again and recommend it to my friends or anyone in the area. Parking was a little weird but they do have free spots in the back. Wishing this place continued success!

  This is my favorite restaurant in all of Downey. The portions are great and the food is amazing. My favorite is the Qabuli Palao. the lamb is melt in your mouth tender and the rice is delicious. I also love the Bolani which comes with a green spicy sauce. Don’t skip the Firni, which is a refreshing spiced pudding. Everyone is so friendly and nice too!
