  Im begging the Dixon Taco Bell to do the following things: 1. Please PLEASE include the Sauces in folks bags who order on doordash. Every time I add them to my order and every time they are missing from the bag. My food isn't the same without the mild sauce. 😕 2. Please check for details on the order, like add-ons. Add-ons cost additonal money and they usually are missing from the items 3. PLEASE please consider putting drinks in a secured bag for doordash orders 4. Please secure bags better and ensure they are securily closed and taped shut completely 5. Please put the meals that come in boxes in a secured bag as well. Sincerely, someone who wants to order on doordash, but now is hesitant because the last 4 orders didnt have the mild sauce I added, was missing items and wasnt secured. Thank you!

  Been coming to this location for years and have always had pretty good service and my orders are always correct. Wait can be a little long sometimes, but usually not too bad.

  Most Taco Bells in the area seem to get a 2- or 3-star rating. I'm not denying other people's experience but I do have to ask, what in the world should anyone expect from a Taco Bell? Candlelight and linen? The food is no worse than any other place in its class, likewise the atmosphere. The cleanliness and order seemed at least adequate and didn't inspire me to give it the White Glove Test." The one variable that management can affect is service. In that category, my experience on Sunday 3/14 at 5:04 PM gets all 5 stars. Well, the first couple of staff I met, probably not. I looked right at them and they simply went about their business and I was the only one at the counter. Eventually a bright young woman named (I believe) Mykaela noticed me, smiled at me, and asked what she could do for me. For some reason, I actually believed that she gave a rip about making a stranger feel welcome. This is not a small thing. Most people fail to do it. I hope that the whoever supervises Mykaela is aware of her excellent attitude and customer engagement skills and is doing something to cause her co-workers to emulate her example.
