  The 20 something manager with the blue shirt and the red Trump tie likes to call a 71 year old man BRO! Then tells me to chill. He might come across a guy that will grab him right through the drive up window one day. No Manners! Not sure if he has the job cuz he is bilingual or maybe he knows how to count change back to a customer. Pitiful! The young man ruined the McDonald imagine. 1972 ALL America Shake man Chicagoland area. Retired General Manager of auto franchise dealer in San Francisco. Monthly gross dollars generated from sales exceed $675k monthly. Your manager was rude!

  I am a doordash , I always order the food. No one has misbehaved with me till today at McDonald's. Today, someone misbehaved with me. Why did you have to wait? They are giving me the order after ten minutes. Why don't you wait? Not after that. We will see again. I don't know who it was. He called me a little rude.doordash policy is that you can leave the waiting room at the store after the pickup time, but it wasn't the girl's duty to tell me why you had to wait.   Hello, I would like to report an issue that occurred during my recent visit to the McDonald’s restaurant located at 1410 Ary Ln, Dixon, CA 95620. I placed an order through the drive-thru for a Big Arch Burger without pickles. Unfortunately, when I started eating the burger, I realized that it contained pickles, even though my order clearly requested no pickles. I returned to the restaurant to politely ask if the burger could be replaced with the correct one. At first, a manager asked me to park and wait. After that, another employee came out and told me that they would not replace the burger because I had already eaten part of it. I then went inside the restaurant and asked to speak directly with the manager. Unfortunately, the manager refused to speak with me at all, and the situation was not addressed. This interaction was recorded on video. From my perspective, this was very disappointing because the mistake was not mine. I simply wanted to receive the item I originally ordered and paid for. As a result, I had to purchase another burger for about $10 in order to get the correct order. I actually enjoy the Big Arch Burger, but the way this situation was handled and the lack of customer service were frustrating. I have video evidence and screenshots of my order, as well as the details of the location, and I would be happy to provide them if necessary. I sincerely hope that someone from McDonald’s customer support can review this situation and contact me. I value the standards and professionalism that McDonald’s is known for, and I hope this issue can be reviewed so that situations like this are handled more appropriately in the future. Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to your response.
