  Honestly Ive never written a bad review but this experince left a bad taste in my mouth. I didnt get this lady's name but this guy was helping me with my order (he was super kind) and she took my bowl thinking it was another customers and placed food on it despite me saying that it was mine. Rather than apologizing or anything she just said I was confused and claimed a different bowl was mine. I even pointed out things that I knew I didnt order and the guy who helped me agreed, saying the bowl the lady was saying was mine, was infact, not mine. I didn't want to fight her on it so I just asked the original guy to remake my food.

  Staff needs some customer service training. Around 6pm on a Saturday. We ordered our baby's byo-taco plate with carnitas, then i was ordering my bowl and got to the meat. I usually order carnitas and asked where the carnitas were since i didn't see it. They pointed into an almost empty container that was just bottom of the bin juice and some mushy looking carnita remnants. Not even a tongs worth of mush in there. No biggie, i order a different meat. People who helped us had a weird attitude when we were just ordering very normally, and the portions were small, but whatever, every chipotle is different, didn't think twice about anything. When we sit down the smell coming off my baby's carnitas was pungent and looked like mush. I went to the counter (empty restaurant, we were the only people) and asked if they had more carnitas being prepared to serve soon and the response was "the carnitas you see are the carnitas we have." Umm, okay, you're open for almost 4 more hours I didn't think the question was out of line, but just to not argue, "well can i exchange our baby's carnitas for another meat? Maybe chicken? Because those carnitas look...." and we're told the carnitas were made today. Okay, like yes i understand, but that could've been 10 hours ago, also it's very obvious that the container is essentially empty without even a tongs worth left of trash floating in juice...i'm asking to substitute this smelly trash water for my baby to a less expensive meat option than i paid for. Then the whole staff is gone. Spend minutes standing at the counter with staff we can see just actively avoiding us, and we've been pretty patient. Eventually a staff member comes and hastily puts chicken in a small salsa cup. When we sat back down and talked about this whole experience on top of the place being dirty, we agree it had been the most unpleasant chipotle experience we'd ever had. Drink area was disgusting, floors dirty, attitude from everyone, plenty of staff in an empty restaurant. We won't make the mistake of returning.
