  this was honestly ridiculous. my drink was packed with ice to the absolute brim — i took two sips and it was gone. at that point i didn’t buy a drink, i bought a cup of ice. who actually thinks that’s acceptable? i have photo proof because it was that bad. what really pushed me over the edge was the service. the moment the window opened, the employee was more invested in gossiping and talking than acknowledging me. no greeting, no attention, no care just conversation like i wasn’t even there. if you’re going to charge people full price, at least do your job and make the drink correctly. this was lazy, careless, and a waste of money.
