  Management was rude othernight. We went through drive through for cookies. Asked for 2 orders of 2 choco chip cookies. And 2 drinks. She repeats order back of what we said. We get to where to pay and we repeat the order, she says yes she knows. We go to 2nd window and she almost gives us another person's order , then we say we have the 2 orders of chocolate chip cookies, she says ok , they say go wait outside parking, we wait 5 minutes, it's one order. I have to go in there and ask for my extra cookies and that the receipt even has it twice. They ask me how did I ask for the cookies exactky that I must of confused them. Didn't even say sorry were just rude and said I must of confused them and I could buy another order but id have to pay?? I was like nevermind and it was 2 managers they told me both just agreeing with eachother. It was so wrong. So I'll not go back .

  Went to their drive thru this morning and found half dozen kittens in the drive thru, I shood them away so that they do not get run over. The lady who took my order said that someone just dropped them off. I asked why no one was having them moved, so they do not get run over, she said "that is not our problem". She then ignored my questions regarding the kittens. That is just not right. Every time I come here, the employees are always so unpleasant, but this was the first time I tried to speak to employee and she was just so cold.

  Customer service is too much slow i’m waiting for the DoorDash order like 15 minutes. It’s too much late.
