My encounter with this individual was very rude and disgusting. He walks up, doesn’t sanitize his hands and and says rudely, “what you want?” I began telling him my sister‘s order which was a steak burrito. As he’s waiting for the tortilla to heat I say “ I’d like a chicken bowl.” He had an irritated unpleasant expression on his face as if I was inconveniencing him for ordering something too. I’m not sure what his issue is. I felt like I had to say please just for him to do it. I was relieved when the cashier stepped in to complete my order with me. I noticed a difference in his professionalism with Hispanic customers. As soon as they entered, he yelled welcome in. He said Hello to each one of them and ask them what can I get you? He also kindly ask them would you like anything else? And sent them off with a goodbye. Have a nice day. Yet me and my sister were treated very rudely. I bring up his other interactions with other customers to showcase, he does have the capability to be a decent employee in showcase great customer service skills, but he just chose not to. He also was playing loud explicit music
I’ve visited this Chipotle location in Diamond Bar, CA 91765 several times, and unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing.
The food itself is standard for Chipotle, but the portions seem noticeably smaller compared with other Chipotle locations I’ve visited. The restaurant also does not appear to be kept very clean.
During my most recent visit, it was not during peak hours and there was no line. I saw three employees working, but they all seemed unhappy or uninterested in being there. Unfortunately, the employee who served me seemed especially impatient and unfriendly. His attitude made me feel rushed and unwelcome while I was ordering, even though the restaurant was not busy.
I understand everyone can have a bad day, but since I’ve been to this location several times and have noticed similar issues, I think the management should pay more attention to cleanliness, portion consistency, and customer service. A simple friendly and patient attitude toward customers would make a big difference.

Absolutely unacceptable experience.
I picked up my Chipotle order, and apparently liquid from the food had leaked through or around the bowls and completely saturated the paper bag from the inside. When I got out of my car carrying the order, the bottom of the bag suddenly gave out and the entire order crashed through onto the ground.
And no, I didn’t just drop my food. The bag failed. I have multiple photos showing exactly what happened.
Losing the food was annoying enough, but the bigger problem is the absolute disaster this created in my car. Food and liquid spilled everywhere, leaving me with a huge cleanup and potentially needing to have the interior professionally detailed.
For what Chipotle charges these days, is it really unreasonable to expect the containers to be properly sealed and the bag to survive the trip from the restaurant to my car?
I’m now dealing with a ruined meal, food all over the ground, and a disgusting mess in my vehicle because of what appears to be leaking packaging.
I’ve contacted Chipotle corporate and documented everything with photos. Hopefully they actually make this right.
One star. A burrito bowl shouldn’t come with a detailing bill.

didn't put lettuce in my bowl then accused me of picking out the lettuce to get a free bowl? they weird as hell don't eat here
Been here twice and they need to train their employees better. One time they flipped my bowl sideways dripping juice all over the bottom of the bag when I got to the door 10 steps away, the items in the bag dropped out and got my shoes all wet. Another time I was charged for guac when I didn't order one; didn't realize it until I got back to the office.
