- EMElizabeth Moreno1 day ago1.0I do not know who they have working at this wingstop or who is in charge of the phone, but I called to cancel my order and no one answered. After the 9th call my sister was able to get in contact with the employee and they were mumbling, messing around, and hung up the phone before we could tell them to cancel the order. Extremely unprofessional, check your employees. Service sucks, and food and atmosphere must suck too. People hire anyone nowadays.

His vibe was just so negative & miserable when he asked what I wanted I literally almost walked out of the door. I felt like such an inconvenience to his day & if I wasn't in such a hurry I would have left. My son & I were passing thru & didn't have time to check out the area. Seriously I would leave 0 stars if I could. I am absolutely certain everyone that works with him knows what I am talking about, he is simply just an unpleasant person.

Unfortunately, my order was not as expected. The 20 wings from the Meal for Two were supposed to be Garlic Parmesan but had no seasoning at all. The fries were also unseasoned. The chicken was cold and stale just 10 minutes after pickup. I’ve been a regular Wingstop customer and have always enjoyed the quality, so this experience was disappointing.
