  We put our online order around 2:50, and received a text saying it was ready at 3:03 and again at 3:23 (see photos), we showed up at 3:30 and the staff said hello welcome in, did you have an order, and he seemed confused about the order when we said our name. My boyfriend showed him the receipt and location because he was questioned if he had actually placed the ordered, and then they looked through some of the to-go bags and then the other guy on staff looked through the orders and realized they were wrong and saw that there was an order under his name. Then when I came out the bathroom and I became aware of the situation, and asked about the situation and the staff gave us a lot of sass at the counter, to which my boyfriend asked for a drink to be accommodated for our time, and yep he was sassy about giving us our drink, and I asked why are you taking it out on us When someone “stole” this order he gave me more sass and said what would you like another drink, I have more orders to get too and I asked for his name and he didn’t provide it. I understand we have bad days, but don’t take it out on your customers. Unfortunate because we really like Wingstop. We won’t be coming back.

  On September 26th, I waited inside the store for 15-20 minutes for my order to be prepared, and it wasn't being followed according to the queue. The employees were prioritizing their friends and acquaintances. This is unacceptable. I waited inside and couldn't get my order. They weren't prioritizing according to the system's queue; they were giving priority to their friends and acquaintances. I request that you rectify this situation and that the responsible person look into it. Unfortunately, the employees inside are not performing their duties well. They weren't following the order in the system, and as you can see in the photo, they prioritized their colleagues, neglecting the orders below, and I had to leave without getting my order.

  Very disappointing experience at Wingstop. The service was not good, and I felt the staff’s attitude toward customers was unprofessional. There was a guy named Cheema wearing a black cap who was working there. My experience with him was especially frustrating, and I did not feel treated respectfully as a customer.

  The cashier was super friendly. The food tasted really fresh and the portion sizes were perfect (even for a hungry college student.) They give enough sauce on the wings that you're not left with anything dry which I appreciate.
