- PEPamela ElahmadiyyahApr 11, 20264.0The store is good but the shopping center is very old, grubby, the lighting in parking is inadequate and dated and possibly dangerous for customers going to their car as footing is not easy to see on surfaces that vary between all stores in complex and are not always over the years well maintained. I am concerned also about petty crime or worse as it can be very dark especially on winter nights.

When I arrived at the bakery, there was a tall man working there who did not acknowledge me or ask if I needed help. I stood there waiting for about 10 minutes with no assistance. During that time, another customer—a man—walked up, and the employee helped him right away while continuing to ignore me. That experience was very upsetting and made me feel disrespected. This will be the last time I purchase a cake from this location. The customer service I received was unacceptable. No matter how busy or short-staffed a workplace may be, customers should be treated with respect and acknowledged. As someone who understands what it’s like to work short-staffed, I always make an effort to help others and at least greet them with a smile. Very disappointed. Zero stars.
