- APAneesh PanoliAug 4, 20261.0The food here is genuinely good, but the way I was treated by a few employees was not. I walked in and stood in line to place a to-go order. Before I could say anything, I was asked whether I was there for a pickup or a delivery order — an assumption I doubt would have been made about every customer. When I tried to show the staff member my order on my phone, I was met with attitude rather than help. As an Indian customer, being immediately read as a delivery driver rather than someone there to buy a meal is not a great feeling, and the dismissiveness that followed made it worse. I won't be coming back to this location. That's a shame, because the food is good — it's a handful of employees undermining an otherwise solid restaurant. I hope management addresses how customers are greeted and treated at the counter.

I stood at the pickup area for a long time, and no one acknowledged me or even asked for my name until I had been waiting for quite a while. It felt like the employees were ignoring customers standing right in front of them. Customer service needs significant improvement. On top of that, the food portions were very small and definitely did not match the price or the quality. I won't be coming back to this location.
