  Unfortunately, the only order option is an AI bot (at least for drive thru) which just got the order completely incorrect. By time it was done, everything had extra sour cream (not requested) with charges for the extra sour cream (roughly $7), and it didn't even add the correct items to the order. We tried to get someone's attention at the window for help, and there was nobody. We ended up just leaving because we weren't sure what was going on, couldn't notify anyone, and the order was wrong anyway. Had I known it only allows ordering with AI, I wouldn't have gone. Replacing drive thru worker jobs just isn't necessary...especially when AI gets the order wrong and can't understand to correct it. Strongly recommend checking out other nearby taco bells, even if it's a few more minutes away. Others actually pay employees to get your orders correct without the up-charges for items you didn't ask for 😅

  Good place to get a quick bite if you’re in the Dana point area. It is fast food so take that as you will.

  Every time I go to pick up my takeout order, it’s never ready. Plus, they lie when you arrive—they say they’re working on your order, but you end up waiting 20 minutes and it’s still not ready. I definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone.
