Wow - I’m going to dream about this fried chicken for a while. Quite possibly the best I’ve had in the Bay Area, incredibly well seasoned and perfectly crispy. Waffle and collared greens were good but not as noteworthy, but I will certainly be coming back and spreading the word! Take out only.

To-go only now. The fried chicken at Keith's is good. My order was the Tuesday Special, two piece (thigh and leg) with fries $5 and a three piece fried chicken, Belgian waffle, red beans and rice with a canned soda $20. There's a service fee of $1.50 if you order via their website. The chicken and waffle was a good mix of flavors. Chicken was savory, with a light batter and the waffle had powdered sugar on it. There's hot sauce to the right of the counter. Too bad there wasn't ranch or ketchup for the fries. The fries were meh as it lost its crunch by the time I got home. Overall, good job Keith.

I got the chicken and (sweet potato) waffles with a side of macncheese. The chicken was crispy and flavorful and the waffle was also flavorful as well. The sweet potatoes made me ready for a pie! The mac and cheese was cool. I am a macncheese snob which makes me a hard critic but a little salt and pepper was perfect! It's evident that the owner is passionate about what he is preparing based on his seasoning ratios. Great food and if I am ever back in Daly City i'm paying Keith's a visit! NOTE: this is not a location to dine-in as there is seating mainly to wait for your order.

Ordered a 16-piece family meal. Sides were pretty good, though the cornbread muffins were a bit dry. Nothing a little honey didn’t fix. Chicken was seasoned and fried perfectly.
