  The waffle cone was really stale. When asked to receive a new one, the staff told us that there all the same which wasn't helpful at all. Dont recommend getting waffle cones

  The shake and smoothie were very good but the service was poor. When saying thank you to them one of the women just rolled her eyes and nodded her head; I work in customer service as well and was very kind- she was rude without cause.

  The employees don't know how to make a milkshake so (see below), I looked up the definition of a milkshake. The most watered down milkshake is what I received twice. Was not thick at all. It was like drinking chocolate milk. I want a refund! A perfect milkshake is thick enough for a spoon to stand in but still drinkable. Any mix-ins should still be in little pieces, and there should be a really pure ice cream flavor that's not diluted with milk.
