  The shake and smoothie were very good but the service was poor. When saying thank you to them one of the women just rolled her eyes and nodded her head; I work in customer service as well and was very kind- she was rude without cause.

  Oreo Cookies & Cream milkshake was amazing. Thick, rich, and super creamy, nothing like a thin milkshake. Loved it from the first sip. Can’t wait to try other flavors!

  맛은 하겐즈맛이라 문제없음. 다만 남자직원이 너무 무례함. 내가 두가지맛을 맛보기 하고 세번째 요청했을때 대뜸 컵할건지 콘할건지 물어보더니. 무슨사이즈, 몇가지 맛 할거냐고 따지듯이 물었다. 그 조엘이라는 직원은 손님이 맛보기 요청하는걸 싫어하는것처럼 행동해서 굉장히 불쾌했다. “난 컵으로 할거고 너가 세번째 맛을 테이스팅하게 해줘야 두개를 할지 세개를 할지 정할수 있다“ 고 말했다. 그러고서도 조엘은 아무 반응없이 쳐다보았다. ”그래서 나 세번째 맛 테이스팅 할수 있는거야?“라고 다시 물었더니 그제서야 떨떠름한 표정으로 건내줬다. 여기 하겐다즈는 직원교육을 안시키나보다.
