I didn't order any food, but the drinks were great, nice selection of unique cocktails for the adult crowd, and great games and entertainment as well for the kids. Definitely a spot that I could return soon.

- WWWJun 27, 20265.0Look for Ed..Absolute Elite Customer Service! I visited the Daly City Dave & Buster's the other night, and I cannot praise the manager, Ed, enough. I was having an incredibly long, taxing week, and Ed showed me the kind of genuine compassion and top-tier hospitality that you rarely see anymore. He listened, went completely out of his way to handle a situation with my bill, and made sure I walked out with a smile on my face. A business is only as good as its leadership, and Ed represents the absolute best of this company. If corporate reads these, give this man a raise! I will absolutely be back to this location because of him.
- IMIsrael MonsaJun 11, 20261.0The manager came and we asked her if she can put one TV in Spanish because they were all in English, she said no because this is an American restaurant and there are people that don’t speak Spanish, but in reality there were only a few people and they were all Mexicans since we came to watch the World Cup, she said that if we don’t like it in English that we can leave, we asked if she could just put one TV in Spanish since it was the World Cup, but later she came back and told us that we could leave if we did not agree and that would not be served for that matter. Then I proceeded to ask a waitress for the general manager, she noticed and came again to tell us to leave. She is one manager her name is Sydney.
