  This place is a ripe off joke. Sold us 60.00 of tickets at the resturant. They did not tell us if we purchased a 55.00 for day it was unlimited also refused to stand behind the buy tickets from the resturant you get food discounts. When asked would not stand behind the printed special. At first said you have to purchase at resturant. Then when we said we did they said we'll you did not say you wanted the food special. We'll we are saying it now and you did not tell us and it cost the same. They said we'll thats to get you to eat here. We'll guess what will not eat here or come back again. All they had to do was stand behind what they advertise.

  Good hack, use your tickets for an hour of free game play (2500 tickets for a solid hour) paying full price for once a month on half priced days ( Wednesdays and Subdays) will keep me and my kid for the entire month of full time play.

  I recently hosted a party at Dave & Buster's for my son, who has special needs, and I can't express how grateful I am for the support we received, especially from manager Jennifer.She was there to greet us at the front and ensured everything went smoothly. She checked in frequently, making sure that my son felt included and had everything he needed to enjoy the games and activities. Her genuine warmth and proactive approach made a world of difference, allowing us to focus on having fun. The entire team at Dave & Buster's was fantastic, but Jen truly went above and beyond. I can't thank her enough for making this special day memorable for my son. If you're looking to host a party, especially for someone with special needs, I highly recommend reaching out to Jen and her team. We can’t wait to come back for more fun!

  Eveytime I come to this location Charles the server I believe he is a manager or server is always greeting me always checking on me the hospitality is always great excellent customer service and always making me feel comfortable to come to this location. Eveytime income In to this location I look for Charles because he is the best server in town thank you for your service.

  Food is as bad as you would expect from a place like this. The music is way too loud, louder than a club, I would say. Can’t barely hear the person in front of me talking. But the cherry on top is that the majority of the machines aren’t working. Some of them you only find out after paying. I’m not lying. I found 12 broken machines. Some of them I asked for assistance bc it was stuck, he removed the piece that made it stuck, but left without resetting it. So I had to stop playing mid-game because he just left. Also, there was no one at the counter to redeem the points. The photographer guy was nice, he deserves better, honestly. It’s my third time visiting in 10 years, and it’s funny how bad it was all of the times.
