- RARICH ARDSep 12, 20261.0Idk whats worst the customer service from Tom and Kevin or the actual pizza wait time and quality. For someone being a general manager and can't conduct himself professionally over the phone is pathetic. Kevin calls me to address an issue that Tom should have but didn't. One ring and hangs up at 10 am on a Saturday 😅 of course I didn't pick up in time no voicemail. After I get an aggressive voicemail from Tom insinuating he has reached out multiple times but actually hasn't. I don't like liars bad customer service bad pizza and unfriendly people and this location is full of it. Dirty prep areas old parmesan cheese and cold pizza is the worst combination they offered me a quality assurance aka remake but after our conversation I should have just went with my usual Pizza Hut or Zitos even Domino's would have been better. The pie taste plain and gives school lunch vibes. I like quality ingredients thats what they are lacking. And customer service because Tom in charge has been an issue for all of us.
