While there appears to be folks responding back to the reviews, nothing seems to be changing. Yet another day of half empty bowl. I'm going to have to choose a different chipotle even if that meant it is a bit farther. Crazy that they continue to operate running this way and the customers have to go elsewhere if we care about getting right portion size.

Today I asked the crew member if she could please choose some chicken pieces that were not overly burnt, but she simply ignored my request. When I asked again and specifically pointed out one piece that was completely blackened, she removed it but replaced it with another smaller blackened piece. She then immediately pushed my bowl to the next station without even checking whether the replacement was acceptable. At checkout, I politely asked the cashier to pass along feedback to the management team that the chicken at this location is often excessively burnt. To my surprise, he told me that this is how the company wants them to cook it. If that is truly Chipotle’s standard, I find it very concerning. There is a difference between properly grilled or charred chicken and food that is visibly blackened and burnt!
