- EEEugeneMay 12, 20261.0Found a hair in our bowl. Went back and saw that none of the employees wear hairnets…this is basic sanitary requirement! Imagine how many hairs fall into the bowls of unsuspecting customers. CEO lacks attention to detail if he’s going to miss this basic QA 101. Employee just replaced the bowl, nothing extra, after ruining entire family dinner and making us have to drive all the way back. Chipotle is going down hill. These small things are death by a thousand cuts, and are how restaurants and businesses die eventually.

When I arrived, he told me to wait for two minutes, but I ended up standing in the store for over 15 minutes. The employees were just messing around and not doing anything. When I told them I didn’t want it anymore, they stopped me but still didn’t do anything. I don’t know what kind of masochist would wait to eat this.
