First off this store "has been in the past". But unfortunately yesterday. I went to the deli for hot food. I visit the deli often for lunch. While I was waiting for someone to assist me. I noticed one of that everyone I saw had proper protection on gloves & something covering there heads as well. Unfortunately i noticed one gentleman that stood out, with no gloves or nothing on his head and was cook and handling hot food. I the mist of that putting his hands in his pockets as well as wiping his cheek. I politely ask if he could do the same. His reply was he didn't have to aggressively & defensively under his breath but loud enough to be heard. That is a big health issue with food handling. Not to mention attitude. I literally told him then yes that's a big issue. One coworker was behind him washing her hands and when finishing she Said something to him. I couldn't hear. I ask him his name he said Byron sarcastically. I also asked the lady what was her name. I believe she said Stephanie. I had no issues with her at all just wanted to know who was all involved. When checking out at the register I ask to speak to you manager. I explained briefly to her she proceeded to call a manager on the phone. I repeated the incident to her. Open that time I found out that gentleman name was not Bryan by a employee. He did have on a name tag like the rest of employee. People are getting sick and illness when there's preventive maintenance is mandatory in certain areas no exception. It's called ppe proper protective equipment. This was a individual matter not store. Honestly conversation and retraining should be a must to uphold the standards of the pavilion.

I had a really disappointing experience at Pavilions. The store looked disorganized, and several shelves were either poorly stocked or messy. I also noticed items that didn’t seem fresh, which is a big concern for a grocery store.
Customer service was another issue—staff didn’t seem interested in helping, and it was difficult to get assistance when I needed it. On top of that, checkout took longer than expected, even though the store wasn’t that busy.
Overall, this visit didn’t meet basic expectations. I hope management takes steps to improve cleanliness, stocking, and customer service, because right now I wouldn’t recommend this locatio
