  I am a huge fan of Pizza my entire 37 years of life on this planet living in Los Angeles. Pizza has been one of my best friends for as long as I can remember I know how a pizza is supposed to taste and I know what the value of a dollar is what I'm trying to say is my experience with this Papa Johns was a horrible situation because the quality and taste of this pizza that was thrown together was unacceptable and when I called and spoke with the manager on the phone after waiting a ridiculously long time on hold, I would say seriously waiting eight minutes on hold is unacceptable especially after paying way too much money for a pizza that was not acceptable I am a huge fan of Papa Johns It's a guilty pleasure I know how Papa Johns is supposed to be and this experience was not acceptable, especially when I was offered a special deal I got completely ripped off and when I called and spoke to the manager for the second time after waiting on hold forever, she hung up the phone on me No explanation So I decided to post a review about this experience, which is unusual and unfortunate and rare Being that they have Carrie out until 1 AM I am now about to jump into my car and drive into Papa Johns and demand some sort of explanation because this is unacceptable from a business that I have spent thousands of dollars with over my life time I'm just disappointed Not even angry I'm just disappointed I'm still hungry and I'm really contemplating not even going with Pizza and that is seriously sad Pizza is one of the only things in this life that I enjoy. I never thought that that Pizza would be the reason for so much suffering inside of my mind and my wallet and my stomach. Also, my girlfriend was not a fan of this at all. She took like one bite of the pizza and did not eat anymore and that's just horrible. Poor girl, she's hungry And skinny malnourished, but she's really beautiful Oh well, God bless Papa Johns with better energy and better ingredients and hopefully better management who does not decide to hang up the phone on its customers who live down the street What can I say maybe too much at this point? But hopefully this helps anybody else understand the experience that I've had tonight dealing with Papa John's for my dinner trying to feed my girlfriend and I and have a good night God help us and papa John's

  What a waste of money. Pizza n wings were terrible. Wings were very soggy n oily n Pizza was dry with no flavor. I will never recommend Papa John's nor will I return 😤

  You guys want to know why they have bad ratings, because they are extremely slow workers, and I've seen it. The women do not help when there is a man, boxing and doing all the work they are just standing around, not boxing orders
