I ordered on the app. I placed my order at 7:20 pm. My food was supposed to be ready at 7:45. I arrived at the restaurant at 7:40. After everyone that had arrived after me had received their meals and were seated and eating and I could see that the staff's order board was clear at 8:05 I started gaslighting myself into thinking I must be at the wrong restaurant. I staff was wandering around and I asked them, "Do you have my order?" "oh, yeah, it just came in." What is the purpose of the app? How convenient! Fast food in only an hour!!! I again tried to upsize my drink and this time there was no ice. In LA I will die on the hill the 2 most impossible things to find are a bathroom and ice. Come at me bro if you disagree. 4 cubes came out of the dispenser. Diabolical. This time I checked my order before I left. Sure enough, they forget an item. In the illustrious words of Tupac "Keep your mind in your tacos."(He said money but same diff) because they missed mine and I practically had to get in an argument with the staff over it and all they had to do was count. Corporate just drop the member meal from your app, it's too complicated for your staff to complete. If I was your corporate trainer I would make all of you take 50 mg of marajuana gummies and then force you to work a dinner rush and you would see it's too complicated. 😉 I did try the new Street Corn Quesadilla which was 🔥. If you have an hour to wait for fast food I recommend. I mean, are you fast food? What kind of restaurant are you?
