  Young girl with glasses and two braids and a hat working Thursday, August 20th at 2:30pm was rude and un-hospitable. I requested a side of white rice after being patient with her lack of efficiency with customers because I figured maybe they’re just understaffed. I was told that was no possible and she tried to give me the guacamole size for white rice. I mean how ridiculous does that sound? Who would order that small of a size for rice to begin with. No logic whatsoever. Clearly was not using her brain/mind to think things through. She says she can ask her manager then later says she’s the manager. I’m sorry, what ???? So now not only are you un-hospitable but also a liar? So now we have a nice list of: A liar Un-hospitable Zero to no efficiency Etc etc. I understand if the request was complicated but it wasn’t. She was lazy and unfriendly is all. Too bad. She seemed sweet. I guess she can fool others. Good luck girl.

  This place definitely needs better management. I was refused simply because the cashier can’t hear, after I had to yell, I was refused service. Omg, what is wrong with this managers 🤣🤣🤣🤦‍♂️

  Extremely rude, unprofessional, and clearly biased staff experience today. I’ve always been a huge loyal fan of Chipotle. As someone who works out regularly, I love Chipotle for its fresh, healthy food options, and I eat here all the time. I actually have a very small appetite—normally one Chipotle bowl is enough for me to split into two meals. Today I walked up to the counter and clearly said “Can I get a bowl?” The female staff completely ignored me, only focused on packing online delivery orders, and made me stand there waiting for 5-6 minutes without a single word. She never even acknowledged me or told me to wait. Another coworker tried to come help me, but she stopped her and made me keep waiting. When she finally took my order, she gave extremely tiny portions of every ingredient. Even for my small appetite, the portion was unbelievably skimpy—not enough to fill me up at all. I politely asked for a little extra vegetable, and she was very reluctant, only added a tiny amount, and slammed the serving utensils with a terrible attitude. Then I asked for red hot sauce, and she intentionally poured an overly large spoonful of hot sauce on purpose. All my regular ingredients were barely there, only the spicy sauce was overflowing. I love spicy food normally, but this was way too much, it’s so overpowering it’s impossible to enjoy the meal, and it even gave me a stomachache afterward. What makes this even more unacceptable is the obvious double standard and unfair treatment. She gave me tiny portions and a rude cold attitude, but right after me, she served a male customer and gave him extremely generous portions with a much nicer demeanor. It really feels like racial or gender discrimination. As a long-time loyal Chipotle fan, I’ve never been this disappointed and disrespected at any location. The service was awful, the staff has a bad attitude, intentional tiny portions, and clear biased treatment toward customers. Do yourself a favor and skip this location entirely, go to any other Chipotle instead. I will never come back and strongly do not recommend anyone to eat here.
