  10/10 I had an amazing experience at this Cava! I dined in and was greeted with a clean store and amazing service from Alyssa. I would recommend coming to this Cava.

  I’m so annoyed. I ordered lentils and they were undercooked. Do you know how that ruins the entire bowl?!? It’s not even edible. Under cook lentils is insane.

  I love Cava, but this one ain’t it. Portions are small compared to other cavas I’ve been to. Lentils were crunchy. The cucumber lime mint and strawberry ginger drinks were TRASH. SO WATERED DOWN. Never coming back here. Go to another Cava. The quality isn’t here. It felt like seeing your favorite place taken over my private equity. Trash.

  Genuinely hate being the person to leave low reviews for restaurants, but I feel like I have to on this one. Food is fine but customer service is abysmal. Placed an online order and caught that the time was wrong. Called to cancel or correct it and they said they could do nothing and I should call corporate. It's a sad day when companies can't hire people who can think for themselves and solve problems. Again food is fine, but I pray for anyone that needs customer service there.

  Worst Cava location in Los Angeles or maybe entirely in the nation. Sloppy, messy, disgusting wrap that was made for me to go, I don't really understand why someone would put this amount of sauce on a premade wrap, it was so gross and appalling to see, made me lose my appetite. I haven't ate at a Cava since this unfortunate experience: February 19, 2026 at 3:05 pm. Probably the same girl who drools in the food who was written about in a previous review. It wasn't even busy when I ordered, I don't know why this was made this way. I also never post any photos on reviews but this was just so gross not to share.
