  The only reason why I give this store a 5 start is because of this wonderful lady that works at the bakery Ana Lima. This lady needs a raise she went above and beyond when we purchased a cake for my son graduation. They need to hire more people like her. Thank you Anita your an amazing person

  Terrible customer service from manager mayra and cashier Julia Carachure. My elderly mother went today to get my wic items since I am in postpartum and can't go. This cashier and manager treated my mother with disrespect. They have lack of ethics of how to respond to customers complaints and concerns. The managers in the office were laughing and talking about my mother when she was filing a complaint about the cashier Julia. Julia was even screaming at my mother because my mom was asking why a wic product didn't go through when we always get it from this store and all her responds was yelling at her and telling her that she didn't will have to start the process over even though they can see it because I have that situation before and they would tell me what wasn't covered through wic. The fact that my elderly mother came back home with stress just by going to get my items is very inconsiderate. I will never go there again with my family
